I really wanted to like this app.

I have the premium version on iPhone 5s. I like being able to plan routes on the website. That works well. Butler maps are useless on the phone. The details dont load. Using the map feature to explore possible routes is an exercise in futility. The map doesnt load well as you zoom and pan and even disappears completely. Following a planned ride on offline map is unreliable. Map details disappear completely and youre left following a blue line. Have communicated numerous times with tech support. Have sent screenshots etc. They dont really seem to get that this app does not do what it is supposed to do. I was told they were going to change the way offline maps were loaded. Havent seen that yet. I love what this app is supposed to do. Sadly it just doesnt do it.
